01. When will I get an order update?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. After your order is received and we begin to process your order, an order update status of "Order Received" will be sent to you. 

Completion of your order will result in an update of "Awaiting Pick-up by USPS" and finally, once USPS has possession of your package you will be sent an email containing your USPS tracking number.

02. How long does my order take to be processed?

Please refer to the product description of the item(s) in your order to find the processing/production time. In-stock items are in our office and are "ready-to-ship". Custom/personalized items can take 2-6 weeks depending on the item, again please see the product description for processing times. If your item contains both in-stock and custom items, your entire order will ship once the custom item(s) are complete.

*Effective 11/20/2020: Place your order of in-stock items before 1PM EST and your order will be processed/shipped the same business day. Items ordered after 1PM will ship the next applicable business day. This does not mean that USPS will process/deliver your order that day, however we will ensure we get it to USPS the same day you place your order.

03. Do you offer expedited order processing/shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited order processing on custom/personalized items. Our production timeframes are to manage the expectations of our customers. We understand the urgency and excitement for custom items and kindly request you place your orders in a timely manner to ensure delivery by the date you need. 

We do not offer expedited shipping. We ship our items from South New Jersey via USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery in the United States.

01. When will my order ship?

Each item has the production time notated in the item description. If your order contains multiple items, with different processing times, your ENTIRE order will ship when it is completed.

You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail once your order has been shipped. The tracking number can be used at USPS.com. We ship all orders from Southern New Jersey. 

02. How much is shipping? Do you ship Internationally?

We are proud to offer FREE Shipping in the US for all of our customers. Your order will be shipped USPS First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days). We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

All timeframes are based soley on your time zone and efficiency of your local post office! TheVanityCo LLC. is NOT responsible for packages marked delivered by USPS to an incorrect address or that are not received by customer. Once your package is scanned by USPS, TheVanityCo. LLC no longer assumes responsibility. Any & all concerns regarding your package should be forwarded to USPS Customer Service. TheVanityCo. LLC does not replace lost or stolen packages. Please be mindful of package delays during Holiday and peak shipping times.

03. What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept debit and credit cards via Square Payments. We also partnered with Sezzle to offer no-interest payment plans. Please click here to learn more.

RETURNS/REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately we do not accept any returns/refunds or exchanges. We pack and ship our products in-house to guarantee quality assurance and customer experience. All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged with care to arrive in it's best condition. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS/RETURNS ON CUSTOM JEWELRY UNLESS THEVANITYCO LLC IS AT FAULT (wrong spelling, wrong finish, wrong length, etc.) at which time, we will replace or refund your item free of charge.

01. What material is your jewelry made out of?

Please check all descriptions of items before purchasing, most weight/materials are noted. We do offer Custom Jewelry > Nameplate/Necklaces that are 18k Gold-Filled, Rose Gold-Filled, 18k or 24k Gold Plated over Sterling Silver and Sterling Silver finishes. 

02. How do I care for my jewelry?

I suggest storing your jewelry in a storage container while not in use. Whether it be plastic bags, totes or jewelry cases - PROTECTION IS KEY. Always be mindful, avoid items/elements such as; water, soap, perfumes/colognes, ect. Do not sleep or participate in rigorous physical activity with your jewelry on.
